Dr. Robert Fischer is the Founder and Medical Director of the Fertility Center Hamburg (FCH), Germany. A pioneer in the field of IVF, he established Germany’s first outpatient IVF unit in 1983, which later evolved into the internationally recognized FCH.
Under his leadership, FCH became one of the first fertility centers globally to implement ISO-certified quality management, setting benchmarks in safety and clinical excellence.
Dr. Fischer is widely respected for his research and expertise in:
1. Ovarian stimulation protocols
2. LH supplementation
3. Quality management systems in ART
He is a founding member of ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) and the POSEIDON group, contributing significantly to the advancement of strategies for low prognosis patients in IVF.

Dr. Marcos Meseguer is the Global Director of Embryology Research at the IVIRMA Research Alliance and Senior Embryologist at the IVI Valencia IVF unit, one of the most advanced reproductive medicine centers in Europe.
He holds a Ph.D. in Obstetrics and Gynecology with a European Doctorate Degree from the University of Valencia, where he also completed his undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences. His academic journey includes:

2. A Master’s in Research Methods, Design, and Statistics from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona

Dr. S. Selva is a Consultant OBGYN and a subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine at the Mahkota Medical Centre in Melaka, Malaysia.
He is a Fellow of the RCOG. He obtained his Masters in Reproductive Medicine from the University of Western Sydney in 2003.
He is the Past President of the Obstetrical and Gynecological Society of Malaysia He is a Past President of the APAGE, board member of APGET. He is also a Past board member of the ISGE.
